The grave site was of a John and Leah Mahaffey and their son. The property had been acquired in the late 1700's at the end of the Revolutionary war by The Mahaffey's and a old home site that was built in the late 1700's sat near the entrance. The grave site has been properly preserved and has become a popular point of interest for both home owners and visitors.  Home prices ranged from high $300,000's to mid $500,000's and the development features a pool and cabana..
